Hello to the “many” readers who follow me 🙂 Yes I am alive, and no I do not have an excuse for why I haven’t posting. Nevertheless, I am alive, and I am committed to posting for the rest of this year, if only to continue having a creative outlet for my self, and my sanity.
Speaking of creative outlets, one of them is coming up super fast! aka Comic Con 2014 here in San Diego. Happening on Thursday July 24 to Sunday July 27, Comic Con is my “nerdvana”. A place where I can be myself, indulge my geekiness and nerdiness, and of course, cosplay.
For this year’s cosplay, I’ve selected the three following awesome characters:
– the little girl Satsuke Kusakabe from “My Neigbor Totoro”
– the precocious Louise Belcher from “Bob’s Burgers”
– the kick-ass Princess Mononoke from “Princess Mononoke”
Be forewarned: I will be posting a lot about my methods of prepping for each character, most especially for Princess Mononoke, so stay tuned in!
