Partly because this post marks the definite return of my (almost) daily blogging, and partly because the XXII Winter Olympics is going on right now in Sochi, Russia, I have dedicated this particular entry to all things gold.
Specifically, my office outfit today, in gold. As in, gold-sequined sweater (bought on sale for $10 at Target – yes, I still shop at Target despite the security breach back during the holidays), gold shoes (also bought on sale at ROSS Dress for Less at $10), and this lovely gold tote by Ralph Lauren (acquired at Marshalls for $99, original price was $150):
The tote was a mini-splurge to reward myself for filing my tax returns super early, as in January super early 😀 Gold in itself is such a classy color when its muted, and my outfit today worked out really well in walking the thin line between business casual and edgy fashion 😉
